Wellingborough Scouts return to camp

After the distraction of COVID restrictions Wellingborough district were finally able to join together for their district camp.
Over the final weekend of June over 300 young people aged 6 to 25 and their leaders took part in a weekend of activities at The Leslie Sell Activity Centre in Bromham, Bedfordshire.
The activities available included backwoods cookings, firefighting, orienteering, karting , archery, shooting and a water slide. The camp finished with a colour run. For the older young people, the Explorers, they had a trip to a local water park.
Great feedback was received and thanks goes to all those involved in arranging the weekend.
