Promise Challenge 2025

Throughout April and May, young people across the District have taken part in activities in order to achieve our Promise Challenge.
This year, instead of a whole District event, for St George’s Day, we have set every section a challenge.
The Challenges focused on the parts of the Scout promise, and culminated in our lantern lighting event for VEDAY80 on 8th May.
We have been amazed by some of the creativity shown by young people and leaders alike. We have generated interest in community projects, as well as raising awareness in our local community.
